Dr. Stefan Schulte is Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and Executive Director Traffic and Terminal Management, Airport Expansion of Fraport AG.

He is in charge of the staff department Special Legal Assignments; the strategic business units Traffic and Terminalmanagement, Airport Expansion, and Airport Security Management; the service unit Real Estate and Facility Management; and the central unit Legal Affairs.

From 2001 to 2003, Dr. Schulte had been an Executive Board Member of the Cologne-based Deutz AG, where he was responsible for Finance and Human Resources. A banker by training, Dr. Schulte studied for a doctorate degree, earning his "Dr. rel. Pol." in 1991. He began his career at Deutsche Bank's group Development Department. Then he joined Mannesmann Arcor in Eschborn (near Frankfurt) as Area Director of Controlling. Later,
Dr. Schulte served as Board Member for Finance (CFO) at Infostada S.p.A., the Mannesmann/Vodafone group's former Italian (Milan-based) fixed-network subsidiary.
