Fraport AG’s organizational structure features four Strategic Business Units, each headed by a Senior Executive Vice President or Executive Vice President, as well as two Service Units, seven Central Units and nine Staff Departments that report directly to the Executive Board. Our organizational structure ensures optimum customer orientation and a high level of flexibility. These are factors indispensable for operating successfully in the global air transport market. 

Our Strategic Business Units are self-contained specialized units that allow our customers one-stop shopping for products, services and know-how. 

The service Units carry out interdepartmental service and support functions for the individual business divisions. The Central Units are in charge of intradepartmental central tasks within the company. 

Executive Board-related central functions for the entire Group have been concentrated in the Staff Departments that report directly to the Executive Board.
