As an international airport company, Fraport offers its customers an extensive range of services. Our employees are our most important resource. The management considers its most important task to consist of ensuring general conditions conducive to a high degree of employee motivation and worker satisfaction for employees, on a durable basis.

Cultural and ethnic differences as viewed in terms of a positive pluralism, recognized to be of mutual benefit. To us, this means creating a working environment in which no one is excluded, and in which all employees are able to develop their full potential. Diversified teams are a major component of a credible, performance-based personnel policy within the company.
