Martin Schlegel is Executive Vice President of Fraport AG's Real Estate and Facility Management Service Unit.

A civil engineering graduate from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, Martin Schlegel started his career working for a medium-sized construction company for six years. He then joined Ed. Züblin AG, where his last position was that of a Branch Manager. 

In 1998 Mr. Schlegel joined the Duisburger Hafen AG as Executive Board Member responsible for the Business Areas: Technology, Construction, Operation and Maintenance. From December 2000 to May 2005 Martin Schlegel was Corporate Executive Civil Engineering of Walter Bau AG in Düsseldorf.
