Frankfurt Airport is ready for the future

Starting with the Summer Timetable 2008, the new terminal section connecting Terminals 1 and 2 at Frankfurt Airport will be gradually implemented. Passengers are able to access the new Pier C/D via a connecting corridor from the expanded Hall C and board Airbus A380s or other widebody aircraft on two levels.

The expanded Pier C/D offers a new boarding experience for passengers. Featuring a lounge character, the new pier offers economy, business, and first-class passengers a unique premium product: direct boarding from their own lounges and on separate levels.

Thus, Fraport is a pioneer in infrastructure preparations for new mega airliners like the A380.
