| Arts & Culture
With our cultural sponsoring we want to contribute to the continued attractiveness of the Frankfurt/Rhine-Main region, because the focus of international investors is only on regions that offer good quality of living. Our region and Frankfurt Airport depend on maintaining their position as the number one hub of investments and mobility.
Here is an overview of the cultural institutions and projects supported by Fraport:

Centralstation Darmstadt
Formerly a power station for the city of Darmstadt, the building was turned into a venue for concerts and other cultural activities in 1999: With a weekly changing schedule of programs and a separate children's program, Centralstation offers an attractive package for every visitor. Fraport is sponsoring the "Weltenbummler – Weltmusik für die Region Rhein-Main" (Globetrotter – International Music for the Rhine-Main Region) concert series which is staged annually in the fall and features between four and five performances.

German Jazz Festival
One of the leading events on the international jazz circuit, the German Jazz Festival is a showcase and symbol of the Frankfurt jazz metropolis. Städel, Schirn and Liebighaus
As part of a long-term partnership with the three art institutions Städel Museum, Liebighaus Museum of Ancient Sculpture, and the Schirn Kunsthalle, Fraport sponsors a wide range of programs for children and youth in the region. The goal is to facilitate access to art institutions for the young generation and inspire young people to visit and experience these institutions. The museum settings engage children in actively exploring ideas rather than passively receiving them, i.e., to be active museum users rather than passive visitors.
