Fraport Immobilienservice und -entwicklungs GmbH & Co. KG (Fraport Immo) is, among other things, responsible for the development and marketing of the approximately 110 ha Mönchhof premises. The areas are to be used for logistics, offices and retail businesses. Fraport Immo owns not only the Mönchhof premises (through its own subsidiaries), but also two other buildings (Parking Facility 163, Office Building 162) right at the airport.
Furthermore, Fraport Immo, together with other real estate partners, is responsible for developing and marketing Gateway Gardens, a property of about 35 ha directly abutting the airport, and in a joint venture it develops its own real estate projects on the Mönchhof premises. In addition, Fraport Immo handles several real estate projects for Fraport AG and is in charge of relocating the Rhine-Main Air Base to Ramstein and Spangdahlem.
