Advisors (technical and other experts, engineering firms, consultants, etc.) can exert a significant influence on decisions relating to business transactions. This key role brings with it a considerable risk of corruption. Therefore, Fraport AG’s consultancy contracts include an anti-corruption clause, in which the consultant assures that he/she has not directly or indirectly received or made any unlawful payments, bribes, or other illegal payments or promises in connection with its consulting services and that it will not do so in the future.
