Compliance Program

The goal of a compliance program is to introduce measure that guarantee a company, its governing bodies, and employees will act in conformity with all provisions of law affecting the company and its activities. This includes not only the traditional injunctions and prohibitions but also rules in the nature of a recommendation, such as Corporate Governance Code.
