Do you offer a stock option plan for top management? What is the plan?
Yes. As of June 11, 2001, we offer to our top management a stock option plan (MSOP). Members of the Board of Management of Fraport AG, top managers and executive managers of Fraport shareholdings qualify for the MSOP. The options can be exercised once the Fraport share has surpassed the exercise price on five random trading days after a 2-year freeze period by at least 15 %. The total time frame of the stock option is limited to a period of 5 years.
