Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Fraport AG took place in the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst on May 28, 2008.

A total of 1,446 shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the AGM at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst.

Shareholders present at the time of voting represented 80,008,546 non-par-value shares and the same number of votes. This attendance represented 87.38 percent of the company's authorized share capital of  €915,664,090, which is divided into 91,566,409 non-par-value shares.
