In 2003, Fraport AG introduced a Values Management System fo ensure ethical business conduct. This system is closely linked to our company´s Corporate Governance Code, vision, management principles, and basic values.
The expansion of Frankfurt Airport will be one of the largest investment projects in Germany. The investment volume for capacity expansion is in the range of several billions of Euros. These amounts generate covetousness. To deny this would mean to close one's eyes and not face reality.
With the introduction of the Values Management System we wish to set binding standards for the maintenance of values in our organization. Correct work and conduct of all employees and business partners is of utmost importance. Honesty, Integrity, thrustworthiness, responsibility, transparency, loyalty and fairness are the values which govern our actions, and they are also the values we expect of our business partners. Our aim is that adherence to these values will become a firmly established part of company philosophy.

The Values Management System will be enshrined in the Fraport AG Standards of Behavior, which lay down our regulations concerning our employees and their observance of the law, the treatment of gifts and other benefits and loyalty to company interests.
