The Annual General Meeting for 2010 of Fraport AG approved the proposal of the Supervisory Board and Executive Board that a dividend of € 1.15 per share should be paid out for the 2009 fiscal year.

In keeping with the expected development the Executive Board aims to keep the dividend per share for 2010 on the same level as in 2009.
