The Annual General Meeting for 2008 of Fraport AG approved the proposal of the Supervisory Board and Executive Board that a dividend of € 1.15 per share should be paid out for the 2007 fiscal year.

Barring significant negative factors, we expect the dividend per share in the 2008 reporting year to remain at least at the previous year's level.
