The "Mobile Youth" initiative is aimed at integrating jobless male youth age 18 and older into working life and qualifying them through on-the-job training. This will improve their chances of later finding a secure job.
The young people that were selected for the project are currently participating in a two-year qualification program at Fraport AG 's Ground Services unit. The program combines occupational activities with targeted training measures.
