FRA/rap> The article titled "Climaco: Fraport head a criminal", published in The Philippine Star newspaper on October 18, 2003, reports on allegations made by Philippine presidential advisor Gloria Tan-Climaco, which are obviously intended to damage the reputation of Fraport AG's executive board chairman Dr. Wilhelm Bender. Fraport AG strongly rejects these allegations, which are absurd, bizarre and false in every respect. Neither in Germany, nor in Brazil, nor in Peru are there any criminal investigations underway against Fraport's chairman. The allegations of Tan-Climaco constitute a maneuver to confuse the public about the reasons that forced Fraport to file its Request for Arbitration. Fraport AG reserves the right to take all possible legal measures against these slanderous accusations.
