Fraport Annual General Meeting on May 28 in Frankfurt-Höchst

FRA/rap> Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to the company's seventh regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, May 28, at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst.  The AGM begins at 10:00 in the morning, with admission starting at 08:00.

Dr. Wilhelm Bender, Fraport's executive board chairman, will present the company's fiscal 2007 results and talk about 2008 developments to date.  This will be followed by a general discussion.  The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, finance minister of the German federal state of Hesse and Fraport AG's supervisory board chairman.

Special shuttle buses will be running on May 28   between the Jahrhunderthalle and Höchst train station.  The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority (www.rmv.de).
