    Fraport is your contact for everything associated with real estate development at Frankfurt Airport. Our service portfolio includes devising custom-tailored and user-specific marketing concepts while taking account of current market and industry developments and creating real estate offers that ideally meet different requirements. As the ones responsible for awarding leaseholds, we work with our customers to develop concepts that optimally leverage the advantages of this location.

    In addition to successfully developing the unique Airport City Frankfurt with its outstanding international and domestic connections, exclusive offices and conference rooms, attractive shops and restaurants, and state-of-the-art logistics facilities, we are engaged in multifaceted property management with numerous other projects. Counting our stakeholdings and subsidiaries, we now operate successfully at more than 50 locations around the world.

    You stand to benefit in particular from our experience and expertise in managing mixed-use properties. We currently administer more than 400,000 sq.m of usable space, half of it for other owners. We look after some 600 tenants and are at their disposal on-site as a competent partner.
