Airport City Development
Attractive commercial sites and a diverse real-estate range amidst unique infrastructure are the distinguishing features that make Frankfurt Airport City an interesting business location. To meet the requirements of a modern business location well into the future, real estate and land property are continuously being developed at FRA.
Comprising 100 hectares in area, the Mönchhof Logistic Park in the northwestern corner of Frankfurt Airport is the largest, yet still developing commercial site in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region.
Office and service spaces, hotels, conference, trade show and exhibition space, leisure amenities, as well as hospitality and retail facilities, are to be built in Gateway Gardens by 2021.
Around 100,000 m2 of warehouse space on a surface area of in total 27 hectares (67 acres) will be built by 2020 in Cargo City.
Area 16, one of the properties planned by Fraport AG, situated at the entrance portal to Gateway Gardens. Due to its excellent connectivity to the Frankfurt Airport as well as downtown Frankfurt, it will be one of the most prestigious addresses here. We envisage to provide approximately 8,000 square meters of office space for prospective tenants.
Integrated in Terminal 1, Building 201 boasts an extremely central location and offers a spectacular view of FRA’s apron.
