Fraport AG’s organizational structure features five strategic business units, as well as four service units and ten central units. This organizational structure ensures optimum customer orientation and a high level of flexibility. These are factors indispensable for operating successfully in the global air transport market.
Our strategic business units are self-contained specialized units that allow our customers one-stop shopping for products, services and know-how.
The service units carry out interdepartmental service and support functions for the individual business divisions. The central units are in charge of intradepartmental central tasks within the company.
