Electronic Billing

We have adjusted our billing to make it even more convenient for you.

To handle your invoices in a more environmentally friendly, time-saving and efficient way, we have updated our electronic billing. Our customers can use our e-billing service free of charge. Fraport can now send invoices by e-mail in the practical PDF format including a qualified electronic signature. However, invoices for medical services are excluded from this process on data protection grounds.

How you benefit:

  • Immediate receipt of the invoice by e-mail (up to 3 e-mail recipients possible)
  • Time-saving handling, as invoices can simply be forwarded by e-mail
  • Elimination of paper invoices enables space-saving, free archiving
  • Free service of Fraport

You yourself can determine how you prefer to receive our invoices and in what format.

The following options for paperless receipt of invoices are
available to you:

  • PDF with a qualified signature (zipped file): You receive our invoice as an original, solely electronically. This means that nothing is printed on paper. Electronic delivery is carried out by e-mail in PDF format.
  • PDF with a qualified signature (unzipped file): You receive our invoice as an original, solely electronically. This means that nothing is printed on paper. Electronic delivery is carried out by e-mail in PDF format.

Alternatively, we also offer:

  • PDF with no signature (file can be received zipped or unzipped) + summarized invoice on paper with no attachments by post: You receive a copy of our invoice by e-mail in PDF format and, for tax reasons, you will still receive our invoice with no attachments by post.

If you wish to use our free e-billing service and have chosen a variant, please complete the declaration of consent and send it to us by e-mail or fax. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the switch is made.
