Moreover, Fraport offers numerous airport-related services, from IT infrastructure and terminal equipment through to construction services. Its portfolio also encompasses safety and security-related services. Since the airport is subject to strict access regulations, the ID Card Service Center is responsible for issuing the necessary airport ID cards.

The Frankfurt Airport Fire Department provides fire protection, technical relief and rescue services at Frankfurt Airport, which is home to more than 200,000 people every day on an area covering 25 square kilometers.

The Frankfurt Airport Fire Department has 90 fire and rescue vehicles and 70 roll-off containers. With 32 permanently staffed vehicles, we can reach anywhere on the apron or airfield in three minutes.
