The Deutschland Ethik 30 equity index lists companies from the German Stock Exchange that meet stringent ethical standards. All companies must be recognized with Prime Status by the rating agency oekom research as a prerequisite for inclusion in this index. In addition, an ethical advisory board decides on the stocks analyzed by oekom research. The Ethik 30 equity index was developed by asset manager Rhein Asset Management in cooperation with oekom research, and was officially launched on the market in May 2014. Fraport AG is a member of this index.

Fraport was selected for inclusion in the Ethibel EXCELLENCE Investment Register in December 2013. This selection indicates that Fraport AG performs better than average in its sector in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Fraport has been included in the Ethibel Sustainability Index since March 2014. This index contains a basket of 200 of the best-performing European companies in the area of corporate social responsibility. Fraport’s membership of this index was confirmed with effect from May 8, 2020.

Fraport AG has been listed in the FTSE4Good since 2006 and remains a member of the FTSE4Good Index Series following the June 2021 index review.

Created by the global index provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good Index Series is designed to measure the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance practices. The FTSE4Good Index Series is used by a wide variety of market participants to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products.

In 2020, the rating agency ISS ESG awarded the “Prime Status” to Fraport AG. Prime Status is awarded to those companies that rank among the leaders in their industry and meet the sector-specific minimum requirements according to the ISS ESG Corporate Rating “Social and Environmental Performance”.
