New Sky Line People Mover at Frankfurt Airport Now Running Again

The new Sky Line people mover at Frankfurt Airport is back in operation, reliably connecting Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Following technical adjustments and successful test runs, the train now offers fast and convenient connections throughout the airport. Further enhancements are already planned.

Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport Closed for Refurbishment Starting Today

Terminal 2 at Frankfurt Airport is temporarily closed for extensive renovation and modernization. Fraport is investing around 1.5 billion euros in this project. During the construction period, all airlines have moved to the new Terminal 3 – ensuring an even more comfortable and future-ready travel experience.

Due to a technical inspection, the new Sky Line People Mover at Frankfurt Airport is temporarily out of service. A replacement bus service is available to maintain convenient connections between the terminals for passengers and visitors.
