Dr. Kristina Wagner to Succeed Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katja Windt on Fraport Supervisory Board

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katja Windt will step down from Fraport AG’s Supervisory Board following the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 12, 2026. She is leaving to focus fully on her new position as Chief Operating Officer at the Endress+Hauser Group in Switzerland. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Windt has served as a member of the Fraport Supervisory Board since May 11, 2012.

Supervisory Board Chair Michael Boddenberg commented: “I thank Katja Windt for her great commitment and the expertise that she has brought to our board over many years. She has been a driving force particularly on decarbonization, setting the tone for Fraport’s progress in reducing its carbon emissions and drawing on her network to bring together experts from all kinds of industries.”

Dr. Kristina Wagner has been proposed to succeed Prof. Dr.-Ing. Katja Windt on the Fraport Supervisory Board. The members of the Supervisory Board will put forward Dr. Wagner for election at the upcoming AGM. Dr. Wagner is the Chief Technology Officer at OHB SE and Managing Director of OHB Information Technology Services GmbH, one of Europe's leading aerospace and technology companies. “Subject to approval of her appointment at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, I believe that Kristina Wagner will add great value to the Supervisory Board’s discussions, given her talents in automation, AI, and digitization,” said Boddenberg. He concluded: “Her knowledge and expertise of technological developments, including innovations such as humanoid robots, represent important additional capabilities that she will bring to Fraport’s Supervisory Board.”
